Booking & Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
  • A reservation request does not guarantee a booking until confirmed by Shala River Tours.
  • We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking.
  • Payment must be completed to secure your reservation.

Season & Operating Hours

  • Tours operate from May 1 to November 1 each year.
  • Daily departures from Koman Lake at 09:30 and 16:30.
  • Return departures from Shala River at 07:30 and 15:00.
  • Schedules are subject to change due to weather conditions or operational requirements.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are per person for shared tours, or per boat for private tours.
  • Children under 6 years of age travel free on all shared boat tours.
  • We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and cash on arrival.
  • Private boat prices are for the entire vessel, accommodating up to 8 persons.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before the tour: full refund.
  • Cancellations made 24--48 hours before: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: no refund.
  • Cancellations due to severe weather or force majeure: full refund or rescheduling.

Health & Safety

  • Life jackets are available for all passengers and must be worn when required.
  • Passengers must follow all safety instructions from guides and crew.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit to participate.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Pregnant women should consult their doctor before booking.

Weather & Environmental

  • Tours may be cancelled or modified due to adverse weather conditions.
  • Shala River is a protected natural area -- please respect the environment.
  • Littering is strictly prohibited. All waste must be taken back.
  • Noise must be kept to a minimum to preserve the natural tranquility.

Liability

  • Shala River Tours is not liable for personal accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all visitors.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or third-party services.
